for 60 + years
with notations about locally produced plays
in newspaper archives
from the 1930's
Granville
Little Theatre
a completely volunteer community theatre, also known as GLT,
was organized officially through
the efforts of the
Granville Arts Council in the spring of 1978.
In its
first year of existence,1979
four full-length plays were produced:
The Odd Couple
Murder in the Cathedral, Part II
Something Afoot
Eat Your Hearts Out
Granville Little Theatre continues to grow, working with many fine
directors, performers, and volunteers in bringing community theatre to our community.
It is our pleasure to bring you the 2010/2011 season.
